"Really Fresh and Surprisingly Good"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered these, but they ended up being really tasty. The berries actually tasted super fresh, like they hadn’t been sitting around forever, and they had a nice natural sweetness to them. The chocolate was good too, smooth and flavorful without being too thick or overly heavy, which I appreciated because sometimes chocolate-covered fruit can feel like way too much. Overall, the flavor was better than I expected, and I’d definitely order them again.

The flowers showed up looking pretty much exactly like the picture, which isn’t always the case when you order arrangements online. The colors matched really well, and the size was about what I expected compared to what was shown. Overall, I’m really happy with how it turned out.

Ordered from bloomsandberries for my mum, really happy with it. The flowers arrived looking super fresh. Roses weren’t droopy at all. Nice smell too. It’s been 5 days now and they still look good on the table. Would definitely order again.

"Disappointing packaging for a gift"
I ordered this as a birthday gift, so I was disappointed when it showed up with the box dented and the wrapping looking rushed. Whoever packed it really should’ve taken a bit more care, especially since it was clearly meant to be presentable. The item itself may be fine, but the presentation definitely let me down.

I had to follow up multiple times, and even then, I still didn’t get a clear answer quickly. The order itself was okay, but the support part was a bit of a headache. I used bloomsandberries.com for my sister’s birthday, and it was easy to find something that felt right. I was a little confused on my timing at first, I couldn’t remember if I needed it there the day before or the morning of, and I kept second-guessing the date, but ordering was simple enough that I figured it out. They had lots of nice options for birthdays, thank you gifts, anniversaries, that kind of thing, without feeling too over the top. My sister ended up loving it, so I’d definitely use them again.
